Twin Buttes

The Twin Buttes rise above the eastern Snake River Plain. Closed to hiking because they are on the Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory site. The eastern (farther) one has no roads. Hverfjall and Ludent, twin volcanic vents near Lake Myvatn. Located along the rift.
